Terms of service

These terms apply when you use chosenoneapparelco.com or buy from Chosen One Apparel Co. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. Products are printed on demand after you order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.

Products. We show mockups as accurately as we can, but colors can vary slightly between screens and print runs, and print placement can shift slightly between shirts. Sizes follow the size chart shown for each product.

Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Designs and content. All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Chosen One Apparel Co. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

Use of the site. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to access data you're not authorized to access.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
